Medina County, located in north central Ohio, is one of the 10 fastest-growing counties in the state and offers a highly progressive business climate and an exceptional quality of life rich in tradition and values.

Medina County, with its multiple forms of transportation, three major Interstate highways (I-71, I-76 and I-77), four major state highways (State Routes 3, 18, 42 and 57), a well-developed rail system and a municipal airport, offers access to 55% of the U.S. manufacturing facilities in over 40 major cities within a 500 mile radius. This area represents 57% of the U.S. population that controls 60% of the nation’s purchases. Medina County’s strong, diverse economic base includes agriculture and companies such as MTD Products, Inc., Westfield Insurance, RPM’s world headquarters and A. I. Root Candles. There are multiple modern industrial parks including Innovation Park, a 50 acre shovel- ready park that is adjacent to the Medina County University Center. Medina County is enriched with seven excellent, well supported public school districts, modern state-of-the art libraries, the University of Akron’s Medina County University Center and Midpoint Campus as well as 10 surrounding institutions of higher learning within 30 miles.
